The hotel location was quite good for accessing the main attractions.
The room I had smelled strongly of sewage and it was quite bothersome. I had trouble sleeping well because of this constant unpleasant smell.

airport transfer unhelpful staff
the airport transfer was a bit of a mess. i booked a taxi through the hotel and they said it would be 55 euros. the driver texted me to meet him outside the airport and then charged me 65 euros because it was after midnight so annoying. also the staff didn't seem to care much when i mentioned it so disappointing

weird smell small rooms
Location was good for visiting the Acropolis and restaurants were nearby. Staff helped a lot.
A weird smell looked on the first floor. Maybe drains or a old mop was the cause. Small rooms were also not great though I admit they were comfortable.

Really good Experience
nordic design polite staff
The breakfast was good and freshly made. The rooftop restaurant had a marvelous view of the Parthenon. It was lovely at sunset. Staff members were warm, courteous, and professional. Rooms had a very Nordic design, and most included balconies.
I found that the rooftop door slammed each night. This noise sometimes woke me up. I think this happened when people were going to and from the rooftop area.

rooftop pool key attraction
the rooftop pool provided fine views of the surroundings. the gym had limited equipment. but it allowed for a basic workout. i used the treadmills and stationary bikes there. the location provided easy access to key attractions. i walked to many popular sites nearby.
the room was a bit smaller than expected. it was still manageable for a short stay. but storage space was somewhat limited.
